Rates
- $200 for the Initial Appointment
- $150 Self Pay Rate for therapy services
- $1200 for Immigration Evaluations
- I can also complete ESA forms for a $50 fee but must be seen for an initial appointment if not seeking ongoing treatment.
Insurance
I am not currently accepting any form of insurance. I can provide a form for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if applicable.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. There will be a fee associated with using credit cards, except if using HSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee for the session.
