My Book Is Coming Soon: What We Shared in Silence
There are some stories that stay quiet for years.
They live in old photographs, unanswered questions, memories that do not fit neatly into one version of the truth, and moments that only make sense when someone finally begins to speak. My upcoming book, What We Shared in Silence, was born from that kind of story.
This book is a narrative nonfiction account told through the perspectives of three real women whose lives became connected through the same charismatic, complicated, and deeply deceptive man. Each woman believed she knew the “real” version of him. Each woman carried her own memories, her own pain, and her own unanswered questions. And yet, as their stories unfold, the reader begins to see how silence, secrecy, charm, and manipulation can shape the lives of people who never realized they were part of something much bigger than themselves.
What We Shared in Silence is not just a story about deception. It is a story about intuition, survival, grief, love, betrayal, and the quiet ways women begin to piece together the truth. It explores what happens when the person you loved may not have been the person you thought you knew, and how difficult it can be to trust your own reality when someone else has worked so hard to distort it.
Writing this book has been emotional, meaningful, and at times incredibly difficult. It required sitting with memories, revisiting painful moments, and honoring the experiences of women who each lived through something that changed them. My hope is that readers feel the humanity in these pages — not just the mystery of what happened, but the emotional weight of what it meant to live through it.
For women who have loved someone confusing, charming, secretive, or impossible to fully understand, this book may feel familiar. For those who have questioned themselves, ignored their instincts, or wondered why they stayed, I hope this story offers recognition rather than judgment. There is something powerful about realizing you were not alone, and that your confusion was not weakness — it was part of surviving something that was never fully visible at the time.
As the release gets closer, I will be sharing updates, behind-the-scenes reflections, excerpts, and more about the process of bringing this story into the world. I am so grateful for everyone who has followed along, encouraged me, asked about the book, and believed in this project.
What We Shared in Silence is coming soon, and I cannot wait to finally share it with you.
